Atelier JMCA designed the multipurpose Work & Turn table; they required a double duty piece that could be a working desk and cutting area as well as a dining table or working area for all of the co-workers that use the space. Users can plug their computers, phones, or appliances into the outlets on either side as the table can plug into an electrical outlet. With its two extension leaves, the table is more than four meters (over 13 feet long), which required extra thought to maintain the support needed to make it stable. The table flips in two easy steps. First the two side legs fold up 120 degrees like butterfly wings and then the tabletop can rotate.
