If you haven't heard of the Tolix A chair, you've definitely seen it: at a restaurant, in a design magazine, in your cool friend's backyard. These galvanized sheet-metal chairs, which have inspired countless knockoffs, have been produced by the French company for 80 years. In celebration of the design's anniversary, they invited eight different designers to create their own unique spin on the classic. Let's see what they came up with.
